More properties are now installing tankless water heaters to combat high hot water costs. Although the upfront expenses for these water heaters are higher, the long-term savings are attractive to buyers. We personally have this and absolutely love it! The endless hot water is amazing.

Solar energy remains the top energy-efficient feature that buyers look for, and it is becoming more important here in the North Atlanta suburbs as well. According to Zillow, homes with solar energy systems sell for an average of 4.1% more than comparable homes without solar power.
